Food intolerance

I am looking into what to cook for Christmas. I would normally cook anything, but I have a nephew who is allergic to almost everything with egg and nuts being at the top of the list.

This has led me to investigate alternative recipes and to achieve the same if not better taste. It is quite interesting as one has to understand ingredients and how they work.
